Has anyone ordered from them? Was thinking ordering from them and I was wondering about your experiences with them.

I ordered a clean up crew and pods. Arrived on time and everything was alive, and still is.

I ordered atleast three times with them. Their coral are nice, their pods are great. Their clean up crew are small... real small. Their fish are small. Their customer service is not so good. They never pick up their phones. Just My expirence

The smallest snails and hermits I have ever seen in the 15 years I been in the hobby. Order two red rock anemone and got one white and one DEAD... Few other issues in the same $200 order.

Called and emailed their CS for days, promised a $50 credit but never seen it. I would never order from them.

I ordered some Zoas from them. They were okay compared to pictures. But do to an error on there side I got my whole order for free. Great customer service though.

Wow seems like we had two completely different experience. So i guess be careful when ordering cause life is like a box of chocolates.. You never know what your going to get

good for coral and pods for fish and cuc just go to a lfs is always best to look at the fish and make sure is fat and healthy.

Wow pretty mixed reviews. I kinda house bound cause of a car accident and I was looking to replace my cuc and maybe something else. Anyone have on line suggestions that I can look into?

I have ordered from reef cleaners before. Snails lived, conch and crabs all showed up dead. He did make good on it though

I would order from a more trustworthy LFS that you know of or that we can recommend. I've read tons of terrible reviews, I've even tried to order a couple of times and their responses like... sorry we can't show you a wysiwyg picture of anything as we don't allow cameras in our holding facility... yes that is what she told me. OK no thanks then.

I ordered pods once, arrived fine, no complaints from me. Seems like a lot of bad reviews though, I've seen it on multiple forums too not just this one

Ordered from them a while back. Pods were great, fish all ended up dieing with one DOA. CUC was a little guys. Customer service took a while to get back to me. Overall, I wouldn't recommend. Support a LFS.
