Does anyone have an all Tonga scape? I have alot of it but can never seem to get it to look right so its all in my sump.

Thanks,

Here's my Tonga rock structure on the left side of the tank. Its view was blocked by the piece of rock next to the toadstool, otherwise you can see more of the base. What I did what I drilled holes on pieces of flat rock, then stuck the branches in and glued them with Aquamend. It was time consuming because I used the $3/set of hole-saw blades from Harbor Freight, and drilling through rock is not easy :). But I'm very happy with the results and all the feedbacks I got from people who saw my aquascape.

Here's another picture of the scape without that piece of rock blocking the view .. not much different though. The flat rocks bases were buried under the sand to make it look like the coral trees just grew from sand :). It's a waste putting them in your sump :)

I'm reaquascaping too. Taking out some fiji rock and adding some nice, big pieces of tonga branch. I talked to Will over at Aqua SD and he said it would be better to use the branch as the base and some shelf pieces on top. That way it creates a lot of swimming in and out areas for your fish. I stuck my pieces on top of my shelf before I spoke to him and I don't like the look. So I'll be changing mine in the next couple days.

I just moved my tonga branch to the bottom and put shelf pieces and other fiji rock on top. I like it so much better. I'll try and take before and after pics.
