Repairing Acrylic crack

Hello my name is Roie, recently i added some sand to my 8g nano a few days ago and the tank cracked and water started drip out. Can someone please instruct me on how to repair the crack?

Before i had no sand in it for about a month or two then i added some sand and a few days later it cracked confused1

If the tank is acrylic you can repair the tank with weld-on #2. You will need to empty to do so. Make sure you level that tank or another tank that you get. Unlevel tanks and screws cause most tanks to crack.

Yeah the crack can be repaired so the tank is functional. Are you able to rotate the tank so that specific panel can at least be used as the "back" panel? Regardless, you would score each end of the crack with a drill. Which would help prevent the crack from expanding. Then you can fill the crack with weld on. You can then also weld on another patch of acrylic over the crack to be safe. But you might be able to get away with just the first step since it's a smaller tank.
