Retro Fit Guide ! !

Does any1 know where i can get some info on assembling metal halide, T5, retro fit kits.. I'm not really sure what i need and some of the requirements .. :goldfish:

brand of MH ballast?
brand of T5 ballast?

those r the same question i have.. i have a 48" tank .. planning on install 2 250w MH and 2 T5 .. but i have no idea on how to select the ballast, sockets and lamps.. so i was hoping someone could point me in the right direction as to where i can find some articles on the basics on installing a retro kit. :aqua:
