Return pump for my 120gal

Hey guys right now I'm running a rio1200 in my refugium and wanted to know if there's anything better that's just if not more quieter and gives me the flow I need for my tank. Also what turnover you would recommend for my tank. Because I wanna run that and 2 wave makers in the tank.

Look into a fluval sp2 or sp4.

Yeah its a great pump. Fairly quiet and powerful.

If you go Fluval in Amazon SP6 is cheaper than the SP4. You can always decrease the flow down if it's too much
