Hey guys I've been looking for some ricordea Florida. No yumas, although they're beautiful, I've yet to have one survive more than 4 months. I already own orange and green ones and I can't seem to find nice ones at my local lfs lately something to do with bad weather. Anyway let me know what you have and how much. Thanks :)

I don't know the difference in rics, but Nick with Addicting Corals gets some pretty cool ones. I'd check with him. He's a sponsor on here I believe. Local, in Long Beach. Healtht corals, I've got a couple rics from him.

Haven't been there. I'd have to check it out. Oh and you can differentiate them by the pattern of their little bubble like extensions. Yumas have a real random pattern and a lot of the bubbles around the rim of their mouth. Floridas have a more uniform pattern and the mouth is not covered by them.

They're so much sexier but I can't keep them alive :/ come to think of it, they're the only coral that's ever died on me :O

I've had some melt. But I've had a few for over a year now too. Did you buy them on forum or LFS. LFS are usually fresh cut so they get loose or melt because it doesn't like living in captivity. Kind of like fish.
