Rowaphos in a reactor

I'm going to run some rowaphos in a reactor. Wanted some opinions on whether I should put the Rowaphos before or after my reactor with bio pellets.

You are suppose to run wool floss top and bottom and do not rinse. I bought mine wool floss from DrF&S there is the Sera brand and Eheim brand.
