Sand bed worm thing, pest?

I got the best pic I could of these transparent worm things that extend and retract outta the sandbed. Like they're looking for food or something. There are dozens of these things in the sandbed. Any idea of what they are or what they could be and I'll google pics to compare?

Do they come out of any kind of tube,. Can't tell from your pic. But spaghetti worms aren't just a single coming up.

Some of them do appear to have a tube.
