The cat looks to have had a great home and a loving owner. Get off your soapbox about the tail being docked and declawed. The fact that you don't like that it was done doesn't mean a thing. How tall is this cat and what type of temperment does it have? Does it have any special needs? I mean, a house cat pretty much takes care of itself around the house so when you say you don't have time for it anymore does it need that much attention? Sorry for my ignorance but $700 is a lot for a cat.
