Hi fellow reefers I just found out my part of Alhambra is having a scheduled power outage on Saturday 11/14/15 starting at 10pm until 6am. Unfortunately I don't have any means to keep my water circulated and am worried about coral/fish death. I was wondering if anyone in the 626 area has a ecotech backup battery I could borrow just for that night. I can obviously leave some form of deposit for ease of mind. Thanks in advanced!

You could just run a couple battery powered air stones in the tank. Should be fine for a night.
I didnt realize they had battery powered ones. Thanks for the info. I'll probably end up getting a few of them.

I know my tank has been running a few degrees lower than normal the last few weeks. Ill probably crank up the temp a degree or two higher throughout the day before the power goes off. Hopefully theres not too much of a temp swing.

See if u can rent or barrow a small generator
This route would be preferable but I work at night. So I would rather not leave a generator on at my place with no one there.

Have you thought of a Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) with a DC pump as a return you can keep that going for a while. I am assuming your tank is indoors just close up the house tight and like you said maybe bump the temp a bit tonight before the power goes out. In the future think of going Solar with a Battery back up for you whole home.
