It was tough getting people to volunteer for the SCR booth at MAX too.
something we'll have to work on, well ahead of time.
at the very least lets update that banner. I can have our supplier make one up (if SCR/Premier participates that is)
heck, I would have had it made in time for RAP too had I known. (use at both shows)

Perhaps Premier Logo embroidered Polo shirts for the volunteers??? I can easily make that happen (thats my job)

This is and always will be Socalireefs. The banner is great and nice quality I must say. There was actually no issue with Saturday at the booth. It was no worries for me and the wife to be there, but we just couldn't make it Sunday. We had a great turnout of members stopping by and we were signing up new members.

I didn't see anything asking for volunteers ahead of time, should get the word out ahead of time next time.

In my humble opinion, the ambiguity of names hurts the forum far more than the advantages. Branding is crucial and it is unforgiving.

In any case, I guess the banner is good then. Nonetheless, there is significant opportunity lost by not taking (further) advantage of these donated booths in both scope and ingenuity (I can only assume RAP is not charging SCR). I know easier said then done, but why not plan these things 6 months in advance? The advantages of a show-stopper booth would be mutually beneficial to both show and SCR.

Keep in mind it is not only the general public to whom you are exhibiting. "Image" is everything in this game, sponsors (and potential sponsors) especially. Free advice, nothing more

I offered to run the booth for like two years but it never happened. I didn't see anything in here for volunteers but I bet there would be a few if asked. I passed by Sunday and only saw this...
