what BK would be good for a 66 gallon tank?
For your setup...BK mini would suffice. Or just get a vertex omega150 or even the omega130 cost less and wel worth it. Reefocto are good too, just remember to look for the bubble blaster pump. Cadlight skimmer are a great choice too

I and by the way they have a 15 percent off sale right now!!! I also like asm because the don't react to the water level changes.
Could disagree more. All skimmers except down drafts and external react to water level changes. It may not be a noticeable but it does react to water level.
Here's why
Take a pump with a Venturi and put it in 6" of water(cause that where most skimmers pumps sit under water when the simmer is at 7" of water). There's 6" of water above that pump trying pushing water back up the air line. Although water isn't going back up the air line cause the pump is sucking it there is still pressure trying to. Take that same pump and lift it so it's only 2" for the top of the water. Now there's less water pressure pushing on the Venturi. So now the pump will suck up more air and less water. Now take that same pump and putt it under 10" of water. There will be more water pressure on the Venturi so u will get less air to water ratio and less skimming.
U don't see they difference on your asm cause it has a open stand pipe that has a 1" or so outlet on it that will let as much water out as the pump can handle at a certain height. Put a gate valve mod on it and u will see how water level effects it.
So to sum it up any pump with a Venturi adapter on the inlet will always be effected by water depth on the pump.

Now @ smartchoice if u want to live up to your name look into buying an iTech 100 or 200. Ask any iTech owner and they will highly recommend them. I've had 1 of 2 itech 200s I own for over 4 years and it's all original. Same tunze hydrofoamer pump that come with it when is was straight out the box.
Here's my twin towers running on my 180

I'm pretty much cleaning these out every 3 days.
