I am looking for opinions on Skimmers. I have a 92 gallon tank, and can spend around $400. I have a bowfront, and space in my sump is limited. I have seen brands that sit on top of the pump, but don't know if they are good. I have a euroreef 150 that is just worn out. Lots of scratches on the chamber, and the pump and impeller are worn out, time to replace. Your suggestions are appreciated

Did you ever hook it back up?

Yeah. I didn't go too long. My pH was consistently low so I hooked it back up. With no fish in the tank I'm just feeding coral food and amino like crazy. Sps look the same but my cyano is poppin!

+1 on the Aquamaxx skimmers. You'd probably want to go with the Q series if space is limited. I have a CO-3 and its been running good for about 6 months now. No issues.

Aquamaxx and reef octopus are good. I've use both and love then. Would use again.

Bubble magnus is economical but I don't care for them. I have 2 of them collecting dust.
