I want room for things to grow large in my new system so I'm letting go fo some colonies. Great looking pieces I've just already seen them grow for a few years and it's time to let some of my "newer" pieces grow out to colony size. I don't want to frag these up, they've taken a few years to grow so hopefully someone with a larger tank can enjoy them. If not, I'll be trying some local shops for credit.
* = I'll be holding back a small frag to let it grow in again.
Pictures are under 250w 14k hamiltons with supplemental xho actinic strips. They look about the same under my t5/kessil combo now.
* ASD Doomsday * $300 Not quite the size of an open hand. This is on the same rock as Reef Pet's Ultra Violet ( RR The Vihn). I plan to cut the rock or I'll throw a deal if you want both
* Reef Pet's Ultra Violet $250 - Larger than my open hand. I traded a piece to a local reefer and he grew it out next to a frag of RR Vihn, same exact piece different vendor. I've been growing this for about 5 years? Great hardy piece, colorful day and night
No name piece acropora $100. Nice golden hues under blue but cool growth. Larger than my palm, 3 years in my tank. Hardy
Another green acropora $100 . Looks between a smoothie and the one above, cool piece. Palm size had it for around 3 years. Hardy
Green with purple tips. 3x3" $80. Slower grower nice coloration.
*Purple with yellow coralites larger than and open hand by a good amount. Maybe 6x8" or so? I usually just refer to it as needle polyps. This one got a bit banged up during transfer but is healthy. $250 * I may struggle to remove this one, it encrusted a few inches into the main rock structure but I'll do my best to get it all.
I think with those pieces out I'll have enough room to mount the rest of what I have with room to grow. Feel free to shoot me a message or offer. I'll do deals on multiples. I'd suggest bringing a bucket per piece to avoid damage in transit.
These did all recently transfer but I made sure everything I could test for was matched exactly. They slimed at first but next day polyps are out and color still looks to be there. Very hardy and healthy.
