I got this tang from petco as he was An amazing specimen. I didn't want to see him go to an inexperienced person that walks in there. I know you guys may hate petco a but the one in Fontana is the cleanest you will ever see. I have yet to see ich in there EVER! Never even seen a sick fish. So I have a 45g so can't keep for to long. He eats like a pig and is ich or disease free. Fins color everything is bright and perfect which is why I got him. Help me re home him I paid 40 plus tax for him I will take the loss to see him go to better place. Asking $29 for him.

If you haven't seen a fish in petco with Ich than I must question your experience.
I invite you to visit the one off summit. There is none in there. Unless they are clearing them out befor they open the doors. Whatever the case is this tang is still ich free and is eatting frozen like no ones business

What I find funny but sad is you can walk into Jans in Montclair and find every disease know to fish. It sad to say but true because I have witnessed it with my own eyes that THIS particular petco is WAY WAY WAY better as far as visual health compared to jans. Pretty sad is THIS petco visually has better health than a LFS that suppsidly caters to us hobbiest

I'm glad to hear your Petco is more up to par than the others. But unless you quarantined the fish, it may have ich even if it doesn't show signs. So just a FYI when you tell someone a fish is "ich free."
