Yeah i'm not taking pictures of my plumbing straight on so you don't see how uneven it is :). I'm happy with it, just hope everything works the way I think it will. My $15 harbor freight heat gun saved my arse one more than one occasion that's for sure.

Pretty much done with plumbing. 1 sch 80 1" union short, I need a barb to pipe 1" fitting and 1" black tubing and I'm good to go. So close, I'll be on the hunt tomorrow.

I lowered my lights from 16" to 9" about water line. I couldn't hang with the over spill and I know the wife woulda flipped. I still need to cut 1.5" off each end of the light rack to bring those outside lights in more, but I like the way it looks so far.

I took advantage of HD's sale on storage containers. Got 2 50g rubbermaids for the swap. Hopefully I can get that union somewhere so I can start the transfer tomorrow.
Did you bend that sch80 pvc? That's a great job in the sump area

Having a little bit of a gha outbreak in my system. Mainly because I'm lazy as **** lately and haven't finished cleaning my skimmer. I have had a noticeable increase in color of sps, and my lps seem happier then they've been in a long time. I've changed too many things to know its the extra nutrients in the water, but it has me thinking that's been my problem for the last few months.

A few pieces I want to keep track of growth and color, I took today. 20k g3 stock setting.

Pink Lemonade - Starting to get yellow, and the polyps are actually reddish now. Has a blue-ish new growth rim which is kinda cool.

A tabling mariculture piece from Ellis Aquatics

Another mili mariculture from Ellis Aquatics - Started all green but seems to be changing lately.

Unknown piece from RR USA getting its pink back. Was very pale for awhile.

No name piece I picked up at the SCR booth at MAX. This thing had me tripping on redbugs in my 180, but it just gets these little red nodes in the strangest places and on the base in the shade.

Mariculture from Tong's. Going to move it up and see if I can get more than green from it.

blue tabling something or other with white polyps. greenish coralites. Touchy piece, colors up bleaches out and repeats.

Another RR piece I got from Fly5150. Its going through some changes that's for sure

Event Horizon from Two Guys Corals

Fly5150 hooked me up with a few other nice pieces yesterday. Big thanks guys! The one you said is finicky bleached on me, but still has its polyps extended so I'm hoping it'll pull through.

Another RR piece I don't know the name of. Looks great in person, hopefully I can keep the color. Nice teal looking polyps with a redish orange base.

Also hooked me up with a bitchen maxima clam

On the down side I noticed a couple ich spots on my golden rhomboids today. Just a few spots on their fins, and 1 or 2 on the body. I'm continuing Adrock's recipe and they are eating like hogs. Hopefully that's enough, I know wrasses don't do well in copper treatments.

Looks good Matt. Bummer about that rainbow passion...they are getting some color back, I think in a month or so they will probably look pretty good. I'll give you another after that.

Nice work on the tank Matt! Looks like it was a fun project.
We're you looking for the red saddled anthias? Tongs has 6-7 of them in stock right now.

Thanks Ev'e! That Hawkins and Miami hurricane are doing great as well. Super stoked in that. I haven't been able to keep a chalice happy in a year.

I'm still holding out hope on this guy, I'm sure it'll take a while if it makes a comeback though. The rest were really poppin right off the bat.

Thanks David.

I'd love to grab some more of those saddle backs down the road. Trying to get a read on my fish health right now. Seeing more spots pop up today on the wrasses, I may need to pull them. Really not sure on how to treat them if they get worse. I know they don't do well with fw dips or copper. I'm considering ich x in combination with immune booster recipe I'm feeding the fish.
