Snowflake clown

Just need some opinions on my SF clowns behavior.
Hes been barely swimming above the sand since I've gotten him at MAX.
He only relatively comes out of this area when he cant see his mate, or when my blenny comes by to race with him through the tank.
I've also been feeding him pellets and flakes mixed with garlic extract to see if that helps.

Does the clown look healthy and breathing normally? It may have chosen to "host" there. I have some clowns that hosted the top corner of the tank by the overflow. They would stay there all day and sleep there.

Yeah hes pretty healthy, active, and eats a beast.
If he hosted that spot then that would make a lot of sense...
But then it just makes you wonder why even buy anemones for them when they pull stuff like this... T.T

Tank bred clowns are not the sharpest and that happens a lot. Try a picture with a clown in a nem and attach it to the glass or catch it and put a nem in with the clown into an acclimation box.

Yeah my clowns stay on top and almost never go down. The stay right near the auto fish feeder

My clowns sit up at the top of the tank but are as happy as could be. My wife tells me I should grab them and stick them in the nem so they know where they should go lol. I'm gonna try that picture idea, although they never leave the corner even when I first them in there so they have never seen the other side of the tank
