nice meeting you jose, barometer, and sean!
Definitely a pleasure to meet you too, I'm glad we got the chance. Almost decided to bail on coming up after my morning being so FUBAR and the resulting getting there at 3pm.

Need help finding someone from the Swap

Because I'm such an awesome guy and believe in being honest and the consequences of karma...

I need to find the (user)name of a guy that was there today. Problem is I'm HORRIBLE with names and I think he said he's from RC... where my 4 or 5 year old account only has exactly 1 post associated with it.

But I digress. I'm looking for a heavier set white guy, completely shaved head, 6'ish and was wearing a white t-shirt and I want to say blue shorts but I could be off on that one. He had his coral in the frag tank at the far end of the covered walkway when one walks to the backyard via the house/kitchen.

I need to find him because he forgot to take his coral that I traded to him... but I have my share of the deal. It's a medium sized (25-340polyp) red and orange acan colony.

So if you hear anyone on any of the boards looking for such an acan.. or via my horrible description know who I'm talking about, please PM me with their name / contact info.

I got some amazing stuff... and then stopped by a friends house just down the 22 on the way back and traded / bought even crazier stuff from him. For what I spent / traded today I made out like a bandit.

For instance anyone want a navy blue base chalice frag with golden yellow eyes and a bright green growth rim- I'm told it will be a Tyree LE piece in the near future :p

I am just wondering who is that guy with the reactor tube at the back with blue water ?
That is Chris Fanning (aka: Sharkdude on RC) a good friend and long-time reefer.

We were at my house gluing up a small leak at the base of that reactor just the night before. I also insisted that he upgrade his little 1/4" feed line to a 3/8" line for faster fill-ups (silly rabbit, can't make people wait for thier liquor, dabnabit!)

Ironically, I just finished building a table-top margarita reactor the week before (DIY thread pending) and he went and one-upped me by making a portable/back-pack model

But this year...it seems like LESS people buying corals. I saw lots of frag tanks still full of corals even at 4 PM. It may be the economy has the big impact in this hobby.
Maybe someone start a GB on those left over corals....LMAO

Dave - Yeah I think we need to have event at your house, but then you wont be stopping by my store.

Thank you for all the members that stop by before and after the event, your support was greatly appreciate it.

Jeff isn't in to/doesn't have chalices... I can't think of who fits that description...

AquaSD was by the door to the kitchen but he doesn't fit your description...

the guys by the kitchen were Danny/deadmahn, d34535/Lam, will/AquaSD, Mario/Mchava, Hugo and Jose...
