Some Question and Some updates

I have a couple of new pieces, first is a blue xenia that I got at the last SCMAS meeting. It has been in the tank for about a week and has already started to spread to the adjacent rocks. Do the polyps ever open on these or do they remain fairly closed as pictured?

Also got this lawnmower blenny at the last meeting. Any special feeding requirements?
