I had the dottyback. I lost him to a pH swing in the QT tank. Really cool fish but a bit bold. I'd suggest adding it last or at least after any fish you're adding that are smaller than it. It was really pretty and not shy at all. It was a bummer to lose it as I loved its personality and look.

You might just float it around in a breeder box/basket for a week or so. You might be fine after that. The good thing is that they eat like hogs so I'm sure they'd fall for a trap if you needed to trap it.
This one is about 3" and yes no aggression. I also got a cryptic wrasse, this is one ugly fish lol but great personality. It hid for 2 days out the 3rd the face looks like a chameleon especially the eyes. it's red but camouflage itself to blend in. Pretty cool fish
