I have a frag of Rocky Mountain Frags' Diablo Milli ($120)PENDING and ProCorals Rainbow Acro ($120), and I can make fresh cut frags of AquaSD Rainbow Milli. I'm down south in Carlsbad.

Yes, I believe that is it. I have had green around the base, but never got the blue like in the photo on his site here. Mine is very orange and red. I also placed mine where it doesn't get blasted with flow, so the branches are thin.

Correct. The color in mine has varied since I've had it, but I have also changed lighting from LED to t5 and upgraded my tank.
Here are some other shots of it as a small frag. And if you are interested in more millis, I also have a Electric Boogaloo from RMF, Jasper's Milli (local reefer who passed away), and more from Aquasd. Sorry, but still can't get photobucket to upload photo, only doing link.
