Mine recently broke at the end of the shaft near the shroud and i could not find a replacement, local LFS told just buy a new one they don't sell part for kits (told my self there goes my $$), as i was digging for a temp P/H i saw the original box and contacted the manufacturer, i was surprise when they replyed in 1 day asking a forwarding address and they will mail a replacement shaft, Talk about service A++ in my book.
