so the end has come, tank was thriving and a few bone headed mistakes messed it all up. refilled the doser containers and forgot to reset the program, it didnt dose for a week and alk dropped to about 5... slowly brought it back up to around 9 range. changed 2 color bulbs, shocked everything, alk spiked and the rest is history. Work has consumed alot of the time required to maintain an SPS tank.
with all that sad stupid crap being said, i am breaking down my 100g tank. Live stock must go first, then equipment.
i may come back, but as of right now i am completely unsure. If i did another tank id like a deeper tank and possibly doing a nem and clown tank... wavy easy sh*t that doesnt freak out if the doser turns off for a few days.
ive had all these fish for over a year, some before my reef plague wiped out my tank the first time.
