Tank Breakdown. Last of the livestock/rock fs *CHEAP*

I'd like to drain the tank but unfortunately I haven't heard from the person who wanted this so here's what's left:

Flame Hawk
Gold Coral Banded Shrimp
Mithrax Crab (never touched coral)
One Hawaiian hermit for sure but there may be a couple more
Live Rock - combination of natural rock and Real Reef Rock and a Wrasse den from The Alternative Reef. Some rock have coral on it like utter chaos.
Snails and one or two Money Cowries (Cypraea Moneta)

My location is Palmdale and I'd really like it gone. $40 OBO. For this price the distance isn't far. Bring buckets
