I moved my office next to my fish tank since Covid. My computers, monitors are all fine.

I have two frag system 60 gallon and 40 gallon as well as my 100 gallon sump in the garage with my 300 gallon display in my house plumbed through the wall into the sump. exactly what the above said get the biggest heaters you can buy and largest chiller as well. Your electricity bill will be noticeably higher but its completely fine to do.
Yeah I have a similar setup. 70 dt inside the house plumbed to a 100 gallon frag with 50 gallon sump and 120 gallon tank with 40 gallon sump all in the garage. I run a 40 dollar fan from Costco and temp did not rise above 83 last year. I do evap about 30 gallons a week.
