I already placed my order. Is it too late to change to pick up instead of shipping? And I don't think I got a T!
They aren't here yet and shipping would have been free anyway, so this seems like any easy change. Any order over $250 should include a free shirt so give us a holler. You shouldn't have been charged anyway (unless you used PayPal, otherwise we don't charge until the order is fulfilled). Here are our current T-shirt prints you can choose from.

MAXSPECT GYRE DELIVERY UPDATE: We have tracking information and will be receiving the shipment tomorrow, Thursday 11/6, barring any unforeseen bumps in the road.

If you don't see a shirt included with the Gyre in your order confirmation email, give us a holler at the number in my signature and we'll add the size/print of your choice:

In my experience, the shirts do shrink... so although I prefer a medium for the sleeve length, I get a large to accommodate what is sure to be a growing holiday belly.

You don't have to. When you respond to our order confirmation emails, those replies go back to our customer support team. You may want to sign into your account this evening to see if the T-shirt has been added if you don't get a reply back. I don't see why you wouldn't, mind you, but for your peace of mind, perhaps. You can always give us a ring, too. There is no waiting in our call center at the moment so you'll be instantly connected.

Do you guys happen to know what this measurement is? I would like to place a gyre on the top of my tank but I would need to make sure it is low enough to be in the water.

edit: the measurement I am requesting is the red marks

Unfortunately the prototype we have isn't in the office today and even if it were, I'm not confident enough to say it would be the same as the production model. I emailed Chris at CoralVue to see if he is able to measure it for us. We can check one after we begin fulfilling pre-orders, assuming they don't sell out before the weekend. Hopefully Chris can chime in with that info though so you can get an order in ASAP!

UPDATE #1: Our guesstimate is 3/4" ... hope to reply back soon with the true measurement.

UPDATE #2: Chris from CoralVue checked with his marketing guys and they stated it's ".

Can I go down to your office with 600 Jack in the Box Tacos can i trade those for a Gyro? Do you accept any other currency besides tacos?

Just got an email saying my order was back ordered. What's that all about?

Any way to add a shirt to my order? Do I HAVE TO call in?
Reply with your order # and shirt size and I'll ask our customer support staff to add the shirt so you don't have to call. See my reply from a minute ago regarding preorders/backorders. Sorry for any confusion!
