Well its in place! jsut got it up and in a few mins ago here are the prelim shots!

Its 6'6"!!! 40 inch stand 16 inch canopy on a 30 cube.

Canopy here, the whole face swings up and onto the top of the unit for full frontal access.

I wanted as much room to work as possible, so i made the door come off completely, and attach in with 3 droor clasps up top

As it lowers down to be removed

and now completely off

Running C160 marineland canister with 3 inch Black sand over Plenum, plumbing 1/3 horse chiller tomorrow and getting 250W 20kK XM mogul on monday

Hope you like!

I was thinking the same thing..

But I was also thinking that I might lose stuff in it if bits and pieces break off, something gets better.

I also wondered about light reflection, and whether or not the black would absorb light, thereby reducing the efficiency (?) or all around light...

But it does look cool..

wow, looks like my night lights...

I have the hami 14 k in my center mh, and it is nice, but compared to the 10k, it is a bit dimmer, obviously, so the next upgrade maybe to replace the 250w with a four hundred watter for the center light...

and yes, I love youre tank.. your stand is definately a nice bit or work as well..

Green delicate aussie stag This Thing is SUPER thin branching, bright polyps tho!

And finally, a cross section of the acro table for now!
