I have a 150 gallon 60"x24"x24" mixed reef tank. I'm thinking about replacing my metal halide/T5 combo with two Atlantik Icon's.

Does anyone have these lights or had any experience with them? I'd like to get some opions before I pull the trigger. I cant seem to find many straight forward reviews on them.

I would seriously look into Reefi Uno Pro 2.0 and maybe a couple Quanta pro bars. You could do 3 Reefi’s and two Quanta bars and spend half the money.

I looked in to the Reefi Uno Pro 2 quickly but with the current sale on the Icon's, two Icon's would cost only $100 more than 3 Uno Pro's.

The Icon's seemed to be a higher end light for the same cost as the Uno Pro's so I stopped researching them.

At a very similar price point, I dont know if 2 Icons or 3 Uno Pro's would be better?

Orpheks need to be mounted at least 14” or more above the tank to blend all the diodes together and you’re fixed with the lenses they give you, which are 90’s I believe? The Reefi’s come with 90 and 120’s included, but you can also purchase 60’s if you need to mount them higher or penetrate deeper into a tall tank.
