From what I understand, commercial grade isn't as stable as the bucket grade.

its not commercial grade. its just a commercial pack, used in large applications because wholesalers do not need a million buckets and it makes it easier to store.

I have a bucket of Tropic Marin I could trade you but its been in storage for a couple years and is hardened as a result.
Still good salt but kind of a pain if you are doing small batches as you have to chop at it
