Anyone keeping this in their reef tank?

Yes i am they are great. Reef-safe and fairly fish-safe too. Not so much with the crustaceans. But my cousin has a really small female crosshatch that doesn't eat his cleaner shrimp so it is possible i guess. Hit and miss for crustaceans. But definitely reef safe.

I have had a pair about two months. Model citizens, have not eaten any of my 4 shrimp. Not yet anyway. They eat alot though. The female has turned really dark though, she use to be golden color.

How often do you feed them, and what do you feed.

I recently just made my own food. Very similar to ROD's Food. Selcon, cyclopleez, shrimp, squid, clams/oysters, and scallops. Blended it up and froze it. That's a pic of the male rite? The male has a red tail. How big is he and/or your pair? I feed them once a day, but a good amount. I think the shrimps are okay if you have them in the tank first before you introduce triggers. WOW that's a really nice tank with great looking corals. Where are you located? Well good luck with them.

I think I will have to make my own food as well, good idea. currently been feeding them silversides, Krill , freshwater shrimp and formula 2. I have to go to the LFS weekly to buy food they eat so much. I am getting an aptasia out break, with all that food being thrown in the tank. Male is about 8 inches/ female 6.5
