They are great. Try emailing them. I know they get a ton of calls and emails daily so just give them a chance to get back to you. They have some of the highest quality corals I have ever seen. And if you have a problem they definitely step up to resolve it.
Yea, finally got I. Contact with them. Their saying all their good pieces are waiting for few more week to heal than cut. So I'm guessing maybe mid November for the good items?
