polyclad flatworm is what the last one turned out,... Looks real similar,. do some research on that name or check out jesse alcarez post in the id section,. emac posted a video of the so called creature,. if it is you want it out of your tank pronto......

it is most likely a type of polyclad flat worm- they are typically predatory often feeding on small worms, crustaceans, but also snails and clams.
