Current Dual Satellite Power 36" Compact Lighting Fixture - has two built in fans, one of these does not appear to work. One bulb is missing, the other is white (you would want to replace these for a reef tank as they should be replaced about every 9 months in any event). But both bulb receptacles work.
Black wood canopy and stand - both are a bit decayed but are servicable. You can repair, repaint, or replace as you feel fit.
