Do any of you guys get this after sticking your hands in the tank? Google it. It looks like blisters on the hands and it can be itchy and painful as hell. Mine is not severe, but it's annoying as hell. Hydrocortisone doesn't make the itch go away.

I've been getting it for years, but couldn't point how I'm getting it. It's something in the **** aquarium!

I haven't cleaned my tank in a while so I haven't been getting it. This past weekend I cleaned it thoroughly with my right hand, my right hand started to itch with the bumps within 1 hr or so. I thought I touched a bristle worm or something but nope!

Last night I cleaned another tank, trying it with my left hand. And today my left hand has the frekken bumps!

Sometime I get ichy on my hands after cleaning the tank. I normally rinse my hands with warm tap water and soap, and the ich goes away.

I have duck tape ready when I know I have to move some rocks around just in case I get bristle worms spikes on my fingers. Just peel them off with the duck tape kinda like in those hair removal commercials.

Thats a severe allergic reaction. Good thing you didnt get tank water in your eyes or mouth.

I mean this nicely & sincerely: GET A NEW HOBBY.

Wash your hands bro... Lol... They make some eczema relief cream, or alcohol is also good... I get severe eczema when I stress out... On my face and scalp... Sometimes nothing relieves the itch...

I used to get it all the time working at the LFS, it got better when I didnt work so much and is completely gone now that I quit. It is very painful and sometimes my skin would crack.

You guys need to get a magnet with a blade attachment so you won't need to stick your hands in your tank!

I also have eczema on my hands. Avon has a hand cream that is good and fragrance free also dermatologist approved. I like it and it helps. I also use the Cetaphil one.

You can also try taking olive leaf extract pills. It helps. I'm actually all out. Or it you getting a flare up you can use olive oil on your hands.

My wife uses cannabis cream. Her auto immune disease causes it.

I get that when I use 2 part epoxy. Took me a while to figure it out. Gawd **** that it itches like crazy. Like uncontrollable. Now I rarely use the epoxy, and when I do I use gloves.
