Hello long lost friends on this forum.

As many of you know my tank cracked back in April, due to time and finances I sold off all the livestock, the broken tank, stand and lights.

I kept the higher end reef equipment I had been using in hopes I would re-start a tank soon. It seems that is not going to happen, if ever. I am loving being tank free, and the savings (power mostly) has just been too great.

Maybe if I move to a State with cheap electricity I would try again, but that may be years away.

So, while it's worth something I am going to sell the remainder of my reef equipment. I'll update the thread with pictures and more details on condition later tonight when I get home.

Here's the stuff:

My Reef Creations CR1 - Calcium Reactor:
http://www.aquacave.com/My-Reef-Crea...Fa6DQgodBEcANA
- It was used about 3-4 years, has some acrylic hazing, but otherwise perfect. Comes with an Aqualifter as the feed pump.
Cost new = $350 = My price (with CO2 cylinder and brand new regulator) = $250 OBO (+$50 off if you buy the Apex with it)

VorTech MP40esW x2 = ONE IS PENDING SALE
- New $450 each - My price $300 for #1 and $275 for #2 (details below)
- Both were used since September/October 2010, until April 2013

Dry side # 1 (I may have the original boxes, they may be in the garage)

Dry side # 2 (I may have the original boxes, they may be in the garage)

The wet sides, the one with the white nut is the one in the picture below.

A few months after getting this one, the nut cracks sending the impeller magnet into the plastic creating this round scratch n burn. It works fine, but I am reducing the price on this one to $275.

VorTech Battery Backup
- I have owned this since September 2010, but only set it up in December 2013 (for an xmas vacation), and tore it down with the tank in April 2013
- New $165 - my price - $100

Neptune Apex Controller
Base unit w Display, one EnergyBar 8, Temp gauge, and all cables (new = $499) = My price $350
I used this to control my reef from mid 2010 until April 2013
--- I (may) have a new non lab-grade PH probe in solution UPDATE - I can't find this extra probe I had bought, if I find it I will include it. The price has been reduced slightly.

The cable for the display unit at the usb end has the rubber coating missing (weird that Neptune didn't fix that when I sent the display to them for a repair - but it works fine, but I wanted to point it out)

Extra EnergyBar 8 Power Strip (new = $160 = My price = $100) = PENDING SALE

100gpd Vertex RO-DO (with charge pump, built in TDS meter, etc)
http://www.amazon.com/Vertex-Aquaris..._petsupplies_6
- I used this maybe a year, still reads zero TDS as my water is pretty clean out of the tap
New $ 330 - My Price - $250

Needle Wheel skimmer (Bubble Magus ES-7 with Sicce pump)

Capability : 700L-900L(185G -240G)
Pump: PSK 1000
Pump power: 110V 60Hz
Dimensions:9.25″ x 7.87″ x 20.8″
Water Level :9.5″-11

New (I think I paid $350) - My price $200

I am located in Lawndale, which is about 3 miles SE of LAX. I am only home weekdays after 8pm, and on weekends. I will not hold anything unless I know you, or it is paid in full with fees (Paypal).

PM me for details.

Thanks,
Mike Thibeau
