Took the advice and drilled a hole thru the wall instead. Made it look pretty.....
PH went from 7.8/8.0 to 8.2 the next day. Monitoring now to see if I see any trends (up / down)...going to record outside temps, and PH inside tank and see if there are any trends....
Thanks....saved me spending $100+on buying a scrubber....

You can make a carbon or floss filter for the outside line, that way you don't get any friendly outdoor visitors (ants, bees, etc). Also, filters out our lovely valley air.

Great idea — I’m the “other guy” who talked you into getting a recirculating CO2 scrubber. My pH was always low, even after I drilled a hole thru the stucco. Glad it’s working for you - this is way more economical and simple!
