Well since the tank is only going to have fish for now which ever test kit will help

well ammonia nitrite and nitrate would be important for fish only api ok not as accurate as some but will give you a basic idea salifert or the red sea so depends on budget

Api should be finen till you get coral then you'll want to look into salifert/red sea or hana.
