Age of aquariums is one of the few stores that is getting acros in from RR Asia and coming up with their own names. JW has a great eye for nice acros, and doesn't follow the RR name game. I have the Milli your talking about, and it is bad asss. Ur more then welcome to see it in person if you would like.

I do agree with you though, the "RR" name is ruining the SPS market. Stores are adding the RR in front of the name, and zeros after the price. Bummer for us hobbyists.

I've got issues with a few LFS in the area as well, but Age is not one of them. They are all good guys, and very very knowledgeable. Go there and ask for JW or Bryan.
But wasn't there a recent thread about Reef Raft only supplying two sellers? two guys corals and someone else? how does AOA get all these RR asia pieces?

What I don't get about AOA is that they advertise it as a Reef Raft Asia coral, yet they put their own name on it.
Because RR Asia is supposed to be wholesale only, so AOA puts there stamp in front to build the brand. Where as RR USA is retail.

The thread was about RR Canada/Asia supplying two wholesalers Two Guys Corals and Detroit Coral Farms (I think), who then sells them to retail outlets like Age.

Thanks, I didn't know they were a supplier. I met Raymond at RAP and almost bought a few pieces. Some were really amazing.

To his credit he does say this pic is under LED actinic. That piece looks insane either way. I am going to offer him a decent amount for a frag but, I highly doubt he'll sell me one.
I hope your pockets are super fat...I saw on the actual thread someone offered $1000 for the frag in the back and he declined and said he sells sometime on ebay.

I was going to offer 400-500. That is too rich for a frag I have only seen on the net. I'll just wait until it comes down in price. Thanks for the heads up.
