Welding HELP!!!

SOOOOO... As of tonight I am supposed to start welding my stand together with the specially cut steel tubes I had made...

But my friends friend who has the tools and is experienced with metal, was supposed to do it for me but cant be reached all of a sudden.

Anyone in the area that can help me weld my stand together? I have a little bit if cash and a case of Coronas for the help...
