Looks like a worm with an Aptaisia head on It. Hard to tell, Kill it to be on the safe side.

It looks like a filter feeder. Like the head has feathers pulling into the head. Is it metallic looking. Turns out I have several of them, weird because I started out sterile and dipped everything ?

Looks like a type of sea cucumber. If it is it's harmless.
