my personal tank was heading that direction but then I tossed in:
10 turbo snails
25 trochus snails
25 nassarius snails
10 peppermint shrimp
6 emerald crabs
10 hermits
10 blue leg hermits
50 cerith snails
50 nerite snails

now 2 days later I can see through the glass and they have begun work on the rocks

Ive gone 6 months without cleaning, coralline covered all viewing surfaces

2months into it

I used a steel chisel on acrylic because there was no coralline-free place to start, LOL

But i did WCs every 2 weeks, all was fine

I'm bad about water changes. Usually happens when I feel like doing it. Maybe once every 2 weeks, or when I get a little cyano.

Same here, I do small daily ones on the shop tanks, and big weekly ones.....but personal tank has been 6-8 months now at least.
