What can I do to my 180g

I need some suggestions on what should I do to my tank to make it look more alive I feel like my tank looks dead.

make it more 3 dimensional with the liverocks.

vary the heights between left and right, and foreground / background.

If this was MY tank I would paint the back black (if possible) add more rock (taller structures) & add another light to the right side.

Get creative with the scape as mentioned by others. Pillars. Caves. Formations. Arches. Flat rock. Break up the rockwork and make 3 separate Islands.

Look at other's scapes, pillage through it and then combine ideas to make it your own.

The fish will invite the change and swim around and through any new aqua scape.

Flat rocks are at age of aquarium for sure. Otherwise just search around local lfs or people who are selling rock

Go to RAP, they sell some real cheap from what I heard, and you txt me

More rock, more corals, more fish....maybe some cool inverts or symbiotic combos such as clown/nem or yasha/pistol. something that will make you appreciate all levels of the tank ie top, middle, bottom/sand.

Right now i have 2 blue tangs ,1 purple tang , 2 clownfish , 1 clarki . 1 yellow coris wrasse , 1 blonde naso tang,powder brown tang . What other fish you think i can add?
