What is growing out of my chalice?!?

This has been going on for awhile, at first I thought maybe it was excreting something it didn't want. But it's been at least a month. And it seems to be getting fuller and longer..

Algae? Dip your chalice in rodi and hydrogen peroxide and use a tooth brush to gently scrub it off.

I'm not the most scientific when it comes to dipping, I just put saltwater in a cup... and pour a healthy swig of h202. Like 70 percent to 30 percent h202 but I've read some people do 10% h202.

Not religiously, but if I ever have a problem with my LPS, STN it has saved a few pieces before. This just almost seems like overkill.
Maybe I'll just remove it and brush it off?

I've dipped countless frags in it and have never had a problem. 5 to 10 minutes and scrub it while its in there.
