Thanks for looking, picked up a piece of live rock and after a few days i see this. Good or Bad? stuff-on-live-rock.jpg

Looks like a Majano to me, and its bad, will overrun the tank supposedly and also stings corals.

Shouldn't be too hard to remove if you can remove that rock. They don't retract quite like aiptasia so just scrape it off. Crack the rock with some bone cutters if you don't want to do that and remount the zoas to something else. That would probably be the safest bet if you can do that.

Or I think you can hold the rock upside down for a time and let it plop right off the rock kinda like a rbta.

Got another one... this has like a metallic silver color to it. This came on some LR with zoas I just bought. Thanks for looking, keep or remove?

Yeah, picked up a few frags recently. I dip everything in Revive, heavy dose before placing in my tank. I think I'm going to try Bayer instead. I just re-dipped in Revive and another nudi and what appears to be eggs? didn't flinch.

What Bayer to water mix has worked for you guys? Dip for how long?

I use 10cc for every 4 ounces for 15 minutes. I have never tried it on nudi eggs so I'm not sure if it will work
