What is your supplementation guide

Hey Everyone,
I wanted to get everyones idea of what they supplement into their tanks..

So...what do you supplement? How much, how often, and your plan to help your reef thrive!!

I have a 180gal SPS dominated reef, I also have a giant leather, various LPS and zoanthids.
I dose. Microbacter 7 (4drops) and 2ml of vodka (80 proof) per day.
once a week I dose a mixture of lugols and kent iodine, about 5ml.
once a month, I dose 20ml of Amino Acids by warner marine.
I also dose strontium by warner marine, when I remember.
