What % to start at?

Cousin gave me an ai sol blue and just went and got a controller. Can some one point me in a general direction for what percentages to run it at? I have my light about 12 1/4" off the water. Have read multiple loogled sites and setting but everyone is running multiple units, I only have 1.

Current stock for coral;

Small gsp frag on right shelf rock
Some basic zoa on the lower left shelf
Blasto on the left shelf
Chalice and torch on sand bed

I haven't had an ai before bud all your coral doesn't seem to be high demanding of light. I'd start at a lower light and bring it up weekly. IMHO

I set the whites to 40% blues to 45% and royal Blues to 50%. 2 hour ramp from 830am and ramp down at 730pm.
