Where to put additional powerheads 40g breeder

old pic of tank, but have tons of detritus settling on the bottom and behind the rock work

thinking of putting powerheads front left pointing to the right and putting one powerhead back right pointing to the left.

what would you guys do?

First what kind of power head? If it's really strong, the rocks / coral might move if you put too low.

was looking for a budget one like jebao sow-8 do you have any suggestions?

One powerhead back corner should do a gyre and move the detritus up. You will always have a spot that collects, but you obviously want to minimize to an sm location.

I just put a mp40 on the back and adjust speed as needed to balance coral health and detritus balance. I like have a dead spot in a corner so it’s easy to remove!

Jaboa cp 55 great cross flow it will pick up and detritus and when you upgrade it works all the way to a 125g.
