Once a day. Also don't add too much water just over the top of the worms.

Yup. Just keep them slightly wet/damp. If you fill it with too much water they will either drown or creep out of the container.

I change the water, rinse em actually after about 2-3 days. As mentioned above, not too much water in the container as they worms will try to crawl out

This is how I keep mine. This little Tupperware holds 2 oz's easily. Lasts me about 4 days

Note the holes I drilled in the lid of the container..
