White light intensity

Hello fellow reefers,
Wanted to get everyones opinion on white light settings. I have a 100g mix reef tank. Iam using a 48 photon v2plus. I normally use just my blues/violet/uv. I have those on 65% and red/green at 5%. I have my white at 10%. Does anyone have their white higher than 10% does white helps with sps?

battlecorals and therman on r2r use those lights and iirc they have everything at 100% with warm whites at like 50-75%

but that doesn't mean that's the only way to use those lights

Lighting significantly factors with water chemistry as water flow. High nutrient -lower light and flow, low nutrient high light and flow.

white is where most of the PAR comes from. if you want SPS growth, bump up the whites.
