Its bleached, needs more light.
RTN, zoxanthellae have been ejected.
But really, it looked like an albino yellow tang at first, then it looks like it has vitiligo since the yellow pigment comes and goes & it still has pigment in its eyes, or another fish disease that affects pigment production, but probably genetic in origin. But obviously not a new species. Maybe a marine biologist here knows more.
